With us, service is a top priority

many others lay claim to speed, flexibility and customer proximity. We fulfill this promise every day. Because at EndoService, the Managing Directors personally see to it that every order is completed exactly as requested and agreed upon. This commitment provides security and gives our customers advantages not only in terms of repair, but also in the endoscope production at EndoLook.

It may happen that we transport a new lens to Belgium within a few hours. Or that one of our employees, without further ado on the same day we receive the order, drives the instruments in question to a customer in Switzerland. We have already supplied custom-made endoscopes with our new angled eyepiece lenses to the United States – and among other things, to a German university professor who had failed with his request at several large-scale producers. In short, we always keep moving so that you can move forward as quickly as possible.
