    • Cost optimization made easy

    To help make the endoscope repair for each of our customers as low as possible, we have developed different pricing models. This includes a flat rate. This gives you security in calculation – whether you want to issue a few orders during the year or if a larger number of repairs is expected regularly.

    The following calculation models apply to the repair of endoscopes with a diameter of 2.7 mm to 10.5 mm.

    The damage level calculation

    If only a few repairs in the year arise, we recommend the damage level calculation. This is graduated as follows:

    Repair level 1

    • Open lenses, dry complete assembly, polish the distal shaft, clean all optical components
    • Optical adjustment
    • Centering of the optics
    • Image adjustment of the camera
    • Measure lenses
    • Seal device, perform leak test

    Repair level 2

    • Open lenses, dry complete assembly, polish the distal shaft, clean all optical components
    • Replacement of up to 2 rod lenses
    • Refurbish illumination fibers
    • Optical adjustment
    • Centering of the optics
    • Image adjustment of the camera
    • Measure lenses
    • Seal device, perform seal test

    Repair level 3

    • Open lenses, dry complete assembly, polish the distal shaft, clean all optical components
    • Replacement of up to 2 rod lenses
    • Rework objectives
    • Refurbish illumination fibers
    • Optical adjustment
    • Centering of the optics
    • Image adjustment of the camera
    • Measure lenses
    • Seal device, perform leak test

    Repair level 4

    • Open lenses, dry complete assembly, polish the distal shaft, clean all optical components
    • Replacement of up to 4 rod lenses
    • Replace objective if necessary
    • Refurbish illumination fibers
    • Optical adjustment
    • Centering of the optics
    • Image adjustment of the camera
    • Measure lenses
    • Seal device, perform leak test

    Repair level 5

    • Open lenses, dry complete assembly, clean all optical components
    • Replacement of up to 6 rod lenses
    • Replace objectives
    • Complete overhaul of all mechanical parts
    • Replace illumination fibers and distal shaft
    • Optical adjustment
    • Centering of the optics
    • Image adjustment of the camera
    • Measure lenses
    • Seal device, perform leak test

    Quantity discount calculation

    Another possibility is the billing according to the quantity of repairs. This pays off at 10 to 50 repairs per month. You will benefit from a special discount on the damage level calculation presented above.

    EndoService flat rate

    For customers with a particularly high repair traffic per month we offer two attractive fixed price variants:

    Flat rate short
    Fixed price for all repairs in stages 1 to 4
    (Arthroscopes, sinuscopes, otoscopes and laryngoscopes with a working length up to 175 mm)

    Flat rate long
    Fixed price for all repairs in stages 1 to 4
    (Laparoscopes, cystoscopes and hysteroscopes with a working length up to 324 mm)

    Special calculation

    In operation laparoscopes as well as urethero-rhenoscopes, the calculation with the EndoService flat rate cannot be applied. For an optimum individually designed calculation, we are of course always available.
